Здравствуйте RCS. This is John Prekrasnyĭ broadcasting in a volcano somewhere in N. Texas. Whether or not you missed it, the RCS had its second meeting today. We discussed of having a movie night with the cooperation of EXCEL Campus Activities. If you have any ideas on a Russian movie you want to see, email your movie list to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our fearless leader, Trish, threw out an idea for a Russian Literature night, were we read a Russian book and discuss it. If you’re interested or have a book you want read and discuss, email us. RCS is looking for your idea on design for the RCS tee-shirts, so submit your idea to the email address. We are planning on having a reading marathon sometime this year. We are looking for volunteers to read. For extra incentive for all students in Dr. Beava classes, Dr. Beava committed extra point on her quizzes for anyone who volunteers, so sign up quick before there are no more slots. RCS friend Chris came up a great way for the RCS to some goodwill around the world. He has in the past joined up with Samaritans Purse to fill shoeboxes with gifts and sent them to needy children around the world. In the next meeting, he will show us a video on how to fill theses shoeboxes. Next Friday will our Russian Conversation get-together. Minister of Propaganda, Pasha, has some games lined up for us to help us in fun way to practice and learn the beautiful language of Russian. Thanks to all who came out. From inside a volcano somewhere in N. Texas, this is John Prekrasnyĭ signing off. До свидания RCS.
